With the season getting underway and a new website, here is the information you will need to get started.
Prior to your first game on June 3th, make sure everyone on the team has signed the Team Roster Form. If you have a minor who is between ages 13-17, make sure they have a signed Waiver Form from a parent or guardian.

We were unable to get enough committed teams to play this spring and the facility could only give us the month of April to play, so we are setting our sights again this Fall to try setting up a League around the Sept through October 2013 timeframe. USSSA MEN’S “CHURCH SUPERDRAFT” BY ALDERCREST AUTO REBUILD/COMBAT SPORTS
WE HAVE MOVED THIS A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER THIS YEAR SO MORE PLAYERS WILL BE ABLE TO PLAY IN IT.
THIS YEARS CHURCH SUPER DRAFT WILL BE DONE A LITTLE DIFFERENT. NO SUPER DRAFT TEAM WILL BE ALLOWED TO HAVE A GREATER AMOUNT OF PLAYERS FROM THE SAME REGULAR SEASON TEAM. EXAMPLE: IF THERE ARE 6 SUPER DRAFT TEAMS AND THERE ARE 12 PLAYERS FROM A REGULAR SEASON TEAM THEN THERE CAN BE NO MORE THAN 2 OF THOSE PLAYERS ON ANY ONE SUPER DRAFT TEAM. THE OBJECT OF THE SUPER DRAFT IS FOR PLAYERS TO MEET OTHER PLAYERS AND HAVE A GREAT DAY OF SOFTBALL PLAYING TOGETHER FROM OTHER TEAMS. ITS A GREAT WAY TO GET LOTS OF CUTS IN AND STILL PLAY. THIS IS A “4GG”. THERE WILL BE 10-12 PLAYERS PER TEAM. EVERYONE PLAYS ALL GAMES. LETS SEE IF WE CAN GET 6 TEAMS THIS YEAR. THERE WILL BE DRAWINGS FOR COMBAT SPORTS GIVEAWAYS.
