There is a great deal of discussion out there in the divisions about rules. The league would like to start a rules forum before next year's first meeting in March 2012 in which we typically go over rules and would like to hear from you. If you have any issues (good or bad) with the ICL or USSSA rules please send an email to tomsloan1@comcast.net.  In the email, please include the following information: Current rule, proposed change or addition, name and contact information. We will be reviewing the responses and will bring them to the March 2012 meeting for discussion and vote. Thanks in advance for those who take the time to participate.
